Continental Airless has always done a great job with flights. They have a friendly staff for domestic flights. They serve you actual food (not just peanuts) on flights and thats why I rank them best in show. A nice in-flight service goes a long way.

Flying Cont. Express is always just a matter of getting from point A to point B. There is nothing neither good or bad to say (except the fares are 30% out of line)
However, in all fairness there is one flight daily that uses a grown up plane but it was not convenient for me.

I am so pleased with my recent flight, and the service I received from the Elite desk at the airport, that I have recommended all my friends stop making road trips and start flying Continental.

The only down fall to the plane is it was to small. Loved the ability to check in on line 24 hrs in advance. Crew was nice. Enjoyed the snack.

We arrived 25 min before flight and had a bag to check for a 7 A M flight. They had overbooked and were looking for volunteers to go later. They refused to let us volunteer and lied that they no longer offered standby. Even though I was my most polite as I knew it was my fault for being late, they were so rude. I asked, "can you help me get on standby or figure out which flight to take as we need to get to a wedding. They said Here is a phone no. Now get out of the way.
Only after talking to an airport official and standing in line 2 more times and finally having to respond with unpleasantness to demand a Delta supervisor, did they admit you DO have the right to get on a standby list for day of your missed flight. Then an hour after we were finally added to the standby list, someone erased our whole online record, so then we had to fly standby for the connections too! Horrible experience!
