I traveled with my two daughters for their Spring Break. The flights were delayed due to weather; but, no agent was EVER kind or assisting or informative. Unless I am forced to do so, I will NEVER fly Continetnal again.

Nothing great about it, and nothing bad about it. Atleast there was in flight movie on 1st flight. Return trip - each seat had their own TV which is much nicer. Offered drinks on flight, but only food offered you had to pay for.

My 12yr old took this flight solo. The flight from Houston to Baltimore was perfectly fine, no problems. However the flight back was not as great. The flight was smooth, despite having to go around storms all in their original path. The flight attendant saw my child struggling with getting her carry on luggage out of the overhead bin...she proceeds to walk by and state "pull hard" without even bothering to help her out. I mean really..couldn't she have said "do you need some help with that?" I love Continental and that really bothers me that she couldn't help out a child, who was obviously struggling!

Flight 226 departed IAH early and arrived BWI early---minus my one checked bag. Several small children aboard made for a noisy trip. Relished the soon to be discontinued snack of a small ham sandwich and part of a can of Coca-Cola. The left-behind-bag was delivered about 20 hours later.
