There was no plane available for this flight. Took them 3+ hours to find one...then we were finally on our way!

Check in was a short wait. The line moved quickly and there were several airport personnel available to assist. Longer line at security - one section open - I guessed it was because it was an evening flight and not a peak travel time. Nonetheless, the wait was only about 10-15 minutes. Flight boarding was on time and moved quickly. On time arrival made for a good flight!

However, on my return flt. I was given the wrong gate for take off. I just made it to the correct gate when the plane was loading up. Also, the seat I was next to had water leaking from the top of the aircraft.(it was raining outside). When the plane took off the water stopped.

could not pull up at kiosk, no #'s pulled up info...had to stand in line for boarding pass. Rest of trip a breeze.

Flying out of IAH was never easier using Delta/A concourse...!!Easy to negotiate coming and going.Unlike Continental's where you may have to walk a great distance.The flight was full in both directions but pleasent nonetheless

Both flights, departure and return, were on 50 passenger capacity planes which I would expect going to a small city but not to Atlanta, Georgia. It was a tight fit on board, not much leg room and the planes should have been thoroughly cleaned between flights. ALL airlines need to work on cleanliness for passenger health reasons.
Also, the flight was supposed to leave at 10:30am but actually left about 35 minutes later without a valid explanation.
I was especially upset over the first bag $25 dollar fee which turned out to be $50 round trip. I do not understand the reasoning for this charge other than this is a means to extort more money from the public. I really hope that the government will step in and bar the airlines from charging these unnecessary fees!!!
Enough is enough and this is why I primarily fly Southwest and I do not fly as much as I used to in the past.

Overall a really good flight--the only things that were inconvenient to me have to be chalked up to the full flights. 1.) I really do not enjoy the person in front of me moving their seatback all the way back. 2.) Could have done without the small child behind me alternating screaming and kicking the seat.
I only fly Continental as the flights are on time and the personnel are always nice.

It was very good. could not have peanuts....in the rows around me someone had peanut alergy! The staff was funny and curtious. The luggage price is high at $25 per bag! After purchashing tickets, paying parking and baggs; it can get expensive.
