    The reservation was made within a short time as I had to go to a funeral. Therefore, being able to get an affordable ticket on short notice was greatly appreciated, even though it meant travel time was considerably greater than if I could have travelled on a different airline.

    The flights to St. Louis and the return to Houston was a very pleasant experience. The flights were on-time and uneventful! The flight attendants were

    charming and seemed attentive to the passengers.

    There was one very loud, obnoxious passenger who was removed from our flight by the crew. I was pleased with the way in which they handled the incident - low key and most professional. It was a great experience all around.
