    We love being able to check bags too heavy for us to lift without a charge! Getting to pay an additional $10 each for seats allowed us to have seats with more leg room which is wonderful for my tall husband. We did not feel it was fair that a man who got on before us was permitted to save a prime seat for someone who came on at the end of the line and commented that it was really neat to save the $10!

    No complaints for Southwest. Stewardess and stewards are always friendly! I like the convenience of the outside check-in and no charge for bags.
