    Plane was packed. one lavatory was not functioning and the new directv service didn't work either. As usual the staff did their best but were short on beverages and ice as well. I dread what the service will be like when the merger goes through as

    united has a terrible rep and I am afraid their culture will infect an already marginal Continental level of service. To end on a positive note the flt was on time both ways.
