    Please everyone should stay clear from Airtran. I am so DISAPPOINTED in Airtran. I checked in a single medium-sized luggage at Houston Hobby airport for a flight to Baltimore, Maryland with a stop at Atlanta Hartsfield. I got to Baltimore and my luggage was missing. Airtran had NO way to track if my luggage had made it on the flight to Baltimore and/or its current location. I was told they do things manually and have no system in place to keep track of the baggages, can you imagine?!! So for all I/they know, someone could have walked off with my luggage and they would have had no clue! I was told to wait and see if the luggage was on the next flight from Atlanta and that is the the current status as I post this review. What a shame?! I will NEVER use Airtran and would like to advise others to steer clear of this airline.

    Service was terrible, flight was cramped, flight was late and delayed, flight attendants were rude, selfish and eager to exit.

    I was bumped & my next flight was delayed. However, I was given a voucher for the delay. Airline personnel were polite.
