My whole experience was ok, but the disappointment part was when they asked if I wanted to go first class on the other flight. It would cost me only $40. He motioned the return and so I assumed it was for the return part of my flight. I paid it and later found out it was for the 1 hr part of the flight and it was the same as everyone else in the plane. I felt deceived. And they would not give me my $ back when I found out it was for the last part of my flight. It was within and hour before I started my first part of the flight
