    Flight departed one hour late due to the late arrival of the plane. Agents at the checkin offered sincere apologies for the delay.

    Flight staff when able to move about the cabin were very friendly and accomodating to the customer's needs.

    Normal check out time from hotel in Honolulu is 12 noon but because my flight home was at 10:55 in the evening, had to pay extra to hotel for late check out at 6 pm.

    At the airport, I was disappointed to see a small line-up for WestJet but no one at the counter until 8 pm. I and along with other passengers waited for over hour and a half, the earlier ones waited since two in the afternoon!

    You have check in at the airline counter before entering security and inside the airport.

    Not exactly a pleasant aspect of the hotel, airline and airport.
