Baggage fees were excessive, check in process was very slow, and we were charged an "agent fee" because we used a voucher from Hawaiian Airline to pay the baggage fee and it had to be processed by a live person. The flight itself was OK but the flight crew were sort of rude. If you brought your own headset they still charge you $5 to plug it in. A meal (sandwich, cookie) was provided or you could purchase a better meal. Neither were very good.
