    American segments of trip to Ecuador were so 3rd world! Long flights and no food. Long flights and freezing cold...did I say buy a blanket? My rating for the JFK-CUE segments via GYE are quite the opposite on LAN-Ecuador where we received food, blankets, pillows, earphones, seats that accomodate a 6 footer, seats that recline 2x more than the AA planes. What's wrong with this picture?
