    My return flight from DFW to HNL had 2 stops and high winds caused my first flight to be so late I would miss my first connection in SLC. Kimberley T in Dallas was wonderful and worked long and hard to reroute me (even on another airline!)so I would make my original (2nd) connection in LA. I was very impressed and very grateful!

    I was looking foreward to having their pesto chicken sandwich or, at least, the chicken salad. By the time they got to me, they had no dinners left, only snacks. On a flight that leaves HNL at 5:30pm and arrives DFW at 10:40am, you'd think the airline would have enough dinners for everyone on the flight. At $10 a pop that is a big fundraiser for the airline and all passengers would be satisfied.

    We were on Amer Fl 5 from honolulu. First there was a mecahnical problem with water in the plane which delayed us over an hour on the ramp. Next my wife and I found that neither of our entertainment connections were working...so no movies or tv. Grumpy flight attendant really didn't care. Finally the seats were so old worn and thin that I was in pain most of the night. I had a much better flight on Continental a few years ago. Avoid this stinker even though it may be cheaper.
