“No Free Entertainment - Bring Your Ipad”

We travelled on both Alaska Air and US Airways and had about 6 hour flights on both airlines. Both offered good legroom for us tall people and offered friendly inflight service. You had to pay for food on both airlines.
Alaska Air offers to let you rent one of their entertainment devices for $12. It does include movies and TV shows on a screen smaller than an Ipad. US Airways didn't offer anything. With Delta and Continental, I was used to free inflight entertainment. Luckily I brought my Ipad, which was loaded with my favorite movies and TV shows.
