This was a good flight to SAN from BDL, with a quick connection through Nashville. (Great when there are no weather delays!) Like the time schedule of the flight(s)...BDL departure not too early, and plenty of time left in the day in SAN. SWA attendants always friendly and helpful!

The only bad part of the trip was that we sat at the gate while they removed 3 people because it had too much weight and then unloaded their luggage and they never turned on the air conditioner or air circulation...everyone was sweating and very uncomfortable...
