“Suckered into buying the Bigger Comfy Seat..”

During the on-line ck in & was just checking the seating plan & clicked on a seat out of boredom and went to complete ck in & it wouldn't allow me to ck out unless I paid the x-tra $35.00 for this "so called Better seat" so I Pd it & figured I'd talk w Jet Blue when I got there in the morning,well the fight was Sold out pretty much out of luck,I was so Uncomfortable the Entire flight & in pain wanted to cry + seats don't go back far enough to try & rest it was Dreadful & I ended up in bed for 3 day's before my back felt better wasn't happy about that my return flight wasn't as bad & was a Reg seat too,I think if they made seats better would make it a better experience I'm not very tall but not a lil person either a foot rest would've helped or if seats went back enough to try & rest,I flew in 09 & wasn't that bad but I dreaded the return flight even thought of Alt way's back home but the return flight wasn't as bad & in Reg seat & I had deal w TSA pain on top of it & I just wanted to get it done & over with too,guess flying alone made me stand out idk..

Our flight nonstop to Orlando and the return flight on the apparently same aircraft was a great value. We left on time and arrived earlier than planned on both legs. The only negative, and it was of some concern, was the unusually high pitched wine on take off and during the climb to altitude. Luckily my wife didn't notice it on the first flight. On the second flight when she noticed it she was somewhat releived that it was on the first flight and we arrived safely. Don't fly that much but it definitely didn't sound normal.

We love to fly Jet Blue, but hate the extra cost for seats with extra leg room. First come, first serve I say.

good flight, enjoyed the attendants they were very friendly and entertaining, flight time great actually arrived at destination a little early, loved hearing from the pilot. I love the new feature Southwest has of early checkin, it was wonderful not to have to worry about checking in withing a certain timeframe.

WE HAD A WHEELCHAIR PERSON AND WE WERE OFFERED TO CHANGE OUR SEATS TO AN AREA WITH MORE LEG ROOM AND EASIER ACCESS TO EXIT PLANE ON BOTH OUR FLIGHTS WITHOUT US ASKING. THE ATTENDENTS WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE OUR FLIGHTS EASIER AND ENJOYABLE!
