Flights left on time and plane was full. Cabin interior seemed newish but was drab and old fashioned in decoration, seat adjustments and design. Fight attendant service was top rate. Food offering was limited and ordinary. If it weren't for the great service, the degree of difference from the main cabin was slight.

Southwest is continuing their great service by boarding quickly and not sitting long. Attitudes of crew were upbeat as usual, and the singing makes everyone smile :) They are kind to children of all ages 0-99! Even snacks are quite good. Thru Orlando departing trip was fine. Return trip would have missed connection in Nashville, so they got all passengers with same destination (30!)on flight thru Baltimore and we and Luggage got in on time! Only on Southwest!! Just give Hartford some price deals and people will fly more often.

Charging $25.00 for first checked bag is ridiculous. I will choose Southwest in the future. The Southwest price would have been better after having to pay for our checked bags on Delta.
