Our flights were smooth and the captain kept us informed of any turbulence along the way. My problem in returning on flight 18 on October 9th was the nastiness of one of the attendants (Michael) who objected to my using the restroom even after I told him of my medical condition when others were using the restroom. Not only that later during the flight he stopped at my seat and loudly discussed the incident in front of the whole plane. It ruined a wonderful trip to Las Vegas.

Southwest is usually a fun flight and pretty straight forward. Although this time the staff wasn't as fun and seemed worn out and made the flight a bit uncomfortable. Maybe things are changing or we just had a flight crew not so youthful and inviting as we are acustomed too.

The flight was wonderful. Shortly after take off I suddenly got a severe nosebleed. Since the seat belt sign was still on but the attendants quickly came to my assistance with tissues, an icepack and anything else I might need. They did this without bring undue attention to me. They continued to check on me throughout the flight - they couldn't have been kinder or more helpful!
