Booked my flight far in advance. A few weeks prior, had to change my reservations and was charged $300.00 to switch two tickets to a flight that was available had I booked it that day! Tried to self-check our two bags at the airport, was having problems while (honestly) eight or more Delta employees were conversing among themselves, oblivious to any customer issues. The flight crews on three of the four planes did their jobs but seemed liked they hated what they were doing. Except for the final flight, there was no leg room. Flying Delta sure isn't the same as flying Southwest.
