The flight was good - there were 2 of us and our connecting flight didn't have our seats together, but we were able to fix that easily at the gate. It was a nice, comfortable flight.

We flew from Bradley/Hartford through Charlotte, NC, and then on to Ft. Myers, FL. round trip, both flights on Saturdays, and I have not a single complaint. The flights were as smooth as possible, the staff was pleasant but not overly present, and check-ins were quick and painless. Fine trips, both!

1st flt was empty ... I had 2 exit rows to myself!!! Little turbulence on second leg. Lovely experience. Service was great. Clean airplane, quiet w/no kids!!!
