Surprised at the great flight, organized, professional and great customer service. There was 9 family members traveling, without any problem we were seated, had a snack and we landed a few minutes early. Just booked my next flight on Southwest in July, Cant wait to go. BIG improvement since we flew on
Southwest more that 5 years ago.

Enjoyed the free snacks and beverages, and even though I'm short, the extra leg room. Had problems getting my boarding pass on line for the return flight.

After 50 years of flying.... I have not enjoyed flying in economy in a very long time....Not any more!! I have Jet Blue to thank!!! Bravo!!! Bravissimo!!!

Flight was excellent, as was the service. Except for the little old lady in front of us who farted from Hartford to Fort Lauderdale, everything was perfect. And as for her, we'll all be there sometime! The extra charge ($35.) for extended leg room seating (Row 2) was acceptable for the comfort we experienced. I use Jetblue all the time.

Really enjoyed it. I thought it would be bad and it turned out great. Maybe because it was nonstop.I would really recommend the earplanes by CVS. They worked great.

Both legs of the flight on time. Flight attendants and all other Southwest personnel were friendly and helpful. Best people and service in the business.

the two legs of the flight going to Fort Lauderdale was good. everyone was curteous & friendly.
1st leg of retrn was not good, flight was delayed and gate reps were not empathetic, we almost missed our connecting flight. The gate rep in Atlanta was super, she was very helpful getting us on the plane before take off.

flights were on time. the captain on bo board greeted travelers and told a few jokes. on the return flight,from orlando to hartford -one of the stewaress, lynda sang on the flight--great voice. very enjoyable experience.
