Best service in the air, on time, staff is the best.For the last 20 years i have only flown Southwest,I take about 5 trips a year and everyone has been excellent.

We flew to Denver with a stop in Chicago, but never left the plane. Stopover around 30 min. Crew and staff were great and plane arrived on time with luggage. woo-hoo!! Not so with other airlines.
We also took a non-stopper back from Denver. It left 1-1.2 hours late due to a blizzard in Hartford, but we came in only 1 hour late and all our luggage was there and intact. Unlike Delta and United which also arrived around the same time with many angry people milling around.
I only fly Southwest now. Not only is their service curteous and friendly, but 2 BAGS Fly free--best when traveling in Winter and with small children. I will not fly on airlines that charge for bags--no way.

My second leg I had to sit behind a baby and shared a seat with a really fat guy - wish they would pass a law that - unlike our luggage - you must fit in your own seat. I'm tiny but I paid for my space!!! I'd prefer to keep my economy seat feeling like 1st class - and not be squished with a fat person! Nice or not - it's the truth!

had an excellent experience on this southwest flight.all employees were totally friendly,left on time arrive 10minutes early.the plane seating was comfortable.i paid 10.00 a piece for priorty boarding and it was well worth the extra fee too board first.ill fly southwest again foresure

Well organized seating--very friendly flight attendants and crew--made every attempt to help and make sure we were comfortable.
This was my first round trip on Southwest and based on this experience, it won't be my last!!

Both parts of the round trip flight provided an excellent experience. Convenient departure and on time arrival times. In fact the return flight was early arrival!
Flight attendants couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful!
This was my first experience on Southwest and I was a little concerned about the seating procedure. It went very smoothly and I was able to get the seat I preferred (Aisle near the front) in both flights--though I was in the B Group. Seats are a little tight but no worse than other airlines.
I will definitely use Southwest again!

The boarding was quick and the attendants were friendly and helpful. First leg of the flight arrived early which was wonderful.
