Was the only non-stop,first class to Chicago. Would use monthly, however, it is now canceled due to Jet Blue coming into BDL...so we were told by the flight attendents. Time to fly out of BOS

The outgoing flight ran 2 1/2 hrs late due to weather in Chicago - they really TRIED to get in the air even before the departure time but we ended up having to wait until the all-clear from ord. The return flight was exactly on time - no issues.

Chaotic boarding. Could not hear announcements. Passengers in rear of plane placed carryons in front overheads adding to deplaining chaos.United was terrable to deal with since they outsource customer to India. Their customer ser vice reps in India can only read the rule book but not able to make decisions to resolve problems
