    I love Southwest--easy to change flights and bags are still free!!! BWI terminal is clean and spacious!!! Will fly them again...

    The flights (down and back) down and back were on time. Liked ability to register ahead for seating order. Plane full on way down but about 20 open seats on way back. Good experience!

    southwest always delivers. turn around slower than used to be. but after reading about horror stories on other airlines. wn still is great. wish they would extend their network.

    I have always found Southwest cheap and easy. Their system works and staff are friendly. Pretty easy experience, especially since it was a holiday weekend.
