With a few exceptions, the flight attendants on all four US Airways flights I took on this trip had no discernable personalities -- they moved through the cabin as if they were robots, barely interacting with the passengers unless it was unavoidable (like during the beverage service), not even joking with or otherwise bantering with each other. Smiles were virtually nonexistent. I understand we all have bad days, but acting like actual humans would go a long way toward making a better flight for everyone.
