The flight was short, 2 hours fortunately. The plane was small due to the short flight and felt really cramped.
The flight attendant, Sherrie, was amazing though. She even kept the routine safety speech interesting.

How the Canadair RJ is so popular is beyond me! There is little room to move, no recline, no control of temp (per flight attendant), just a brutal way to get to ATL. Look for other ways, even if its a connection. The Dash 8 is like a living room compare! Buyer Beware!

we pay to change a ticket and must be at the gate on time, but when the airline is not on time for what ever reason we must wait, and get nothing for the delay, this is not right.
