On every flight (5) there were delays because of too many carry on bags; Departure delays due to agents having to check a great number of bags or people trying to find room. People are avoiding the baggage fee and understandably so. Seats are smaller, fewer flights means full flights. Overall flying has become expensive, uncomfortable and a hassel. And last, airport personnel have lost people skills. Most are very rude and are not helpful when asked simple questions. Flying used to be an enjoyable way to get to your destination. Not anymore.
