i tried to cancel my flight due to snow and ice in nyc. i had a lap child and figured it would be best to take a later flight. 2 yr. olds in airports and airlines are problematic for all including passengers, staff, etc. us air was utterly uncooperative. my family in nyc was telling me it was dangerous and flights delayed. i did not want to be stuck in an airport with a 2 yr. old. i wrote 2 emails to us air before tht flight even took off and recieved no response

The captain reported that the landing might be "a little rough" due to wind gust. Not a problem. Very well done.

Quick and friendly flight to LGA. Only problem, you must board and deplane on tarmac, get luggage. A real BUMMER.

Flight left and arrived on time, hostess pleasant - smooth ride, both coming and going. Do miss the peanuts and/or crackers. Took the bus into the city and that went smoothly too. Just a lucky day i guess!

This was a quick & easy non-stop flight, and both flights were on time. It was a small regional jet but I expected that. I checked-in online at home for the departing flight and carried on my bag so went straight to security. Checked in at the kiosk at LGA on the return flight which was easy. No problems getting through either airport.
