Continental changed the gate in Newark but failed to notify us. No one seemed to know what was going on. Therefore, several of us missed our flight. The customer service rep was very nasty and said common sense should have told me that the gate had changed. She should be fired.

We boarded on time and got in the gate early for all 4 segments. The staff was courteous. During the last segment from LGA to GSO, we were on a small plane and there was not even enough room for you to sit in your assigned seat. The gentleman next to me was not overly large by any means and I only got about 2/3 of my seat and had to lean into the aisle. I could not even stand up in the bathroom and I am 5'10".
