Flight delayed longer than it should have been because of poor follow. Flight should hove only been delayed half hour. Delta failed to follow up to make sure the mechanic had got the message. When he did get the message we were on our way in less than 30 min. After we new we couldn't make our connecting flight we ask to be booked on another flight. There were seat available in another class but they wouldn't give them to us resulting in an over night stay in Salt Lake. In Salt Lake we were not offered anything so i had to tell them there oblagation was to provide accomadation. In the morning I ask them to make sure my luggage would be transfered to our new booking. Got to Sacamento and no luggage and that's another story....
