When you pay extra fees for baggage, you expect that there will be some reflection in care & service. On our return flight my brand new bag was ripped open. Upon contacting Allegiants head offices I was given the corporate brush off with the standard line that damage is not covered but we apologize. Really? Really? The only way to travel on this Airline is pay for a carry on bag and look after it yourself.
