    We got out of the Michigan winter to Florida recently on AirTran to Tampa. Flight down was great, a little bumpy, but great. Tank heaven for those little white bags. Have no complaints about AT except, why don't airlines, all airlines load from the back so as not to jam up the aisle with people trying to stash their far too big "carry ons" in overhead bins that were never designed to hold them. And when are people going to get the message that ONE carry on and a "personal item" doesn't mean TWO equally large carry ons? Does that bug anyone else but me? Hmmmmmm.

    Easy on, easy off, direct flight. Wasn't over booked, flight staff was pleasant. Beautiful weather, no "sick" passengers. Never travelled so easily and peacefully.

    Check in people were not friendly or helpful. We wanted to change our seats, found the self check-in somewhat confusing (never having flown this airline before), couldn't get anyone to help us. Flight from Grand Rapids was delayed first for 20 minutes and then an additional 10 minutes. Barely had time to make our connector in Atlanta. Received a complimentary snack and beverage as well as blankets. Attendants were very friendly and helpful.
