desk in Grr wouldn't let me carryon said my bag too fat. On the way back I checked it but it wasn't too fat this time as I noticed from the other passengers and what they were bringing. I spent 50.00 too much. That is starting to aggrevate me. I didn't have enough clean clothing for my trip because trying to fit to size of bag. Also very annoying. Waiting in long line at GRR to get thru security but otherwise went well. Very tight in cabin in that part of the flight, but much better when leaving Minneapolis for SFO.

Flight back from SFO very good (red eye) but blankets waiting for each of us and lights out and quiet so very accomodating.

The flights we flew were on time. As usual United crew was friendly and efficiant. The only problem I had was with the people who refuse to check thier luggage then are delaying our departure because the over head bins are too small.
