“Very smooth flights each leg landing early!”

This was the first time I had flown AirTran. I was impressed! The planes were nice and clean. The flight attendants were kind and helpful. The flights were very smooth. Each flight landed early by as much as 30 minutes. The only drawback to flying AirTran was having to fly from Michigan to Baltimore and then to Dallas. This didn't seem to make any sense, but the price was worth the extra time to me. I checked in online. This took me an hour for the trip to TX. The sight kept crashing and I would have to start over. For the trip back to MI, it took about two minutes to check in because the sight was working well. Overall I was very pleased with my first experience on AirTran. I will not hesitate to book additional flights with them.

Fabulous and entertaining crew from Baltimore to Dallas, good crews the rest of the time. Terrible check in service in Dallas. Took 1 hour to check in approx. 15 people on a Sat. afternoon. We were 'flying' through the airport to get through security and such. Made the flight but missed lunch and beginning seating. Hope they can fix that soon!
