“One of the worst flight experiences we've been on.”

This was not a great experience. Coming back we had mechanical difficulty and didn't get to Newark until 1/2 before our next flight. Rushed to the gate and although there were at least 10 of us, they wouldn't let us on as it was 7 minutes before take off. We had to convince the service rep that we had mechanical difficulty and as it was we could not leave until the next day as there were no more flights from 3:00pm on. The hotel was not particularly clean and that made it even more uncomfortable. We had to persuade the rep to give us vouchers even though weather was not a play in the situation. I will not be flying Continental unless I have to.

I liked that they started boarding the flight very early..and left on time or earlier and arrived ahead of schedule. I liked the pretzels and drink included. The staff was happy and friendly. Nice change from major airlines! Price was okay, schedules okay, baggage fee is irksome!

We had some small weather delays on the way out. Check in person in Boston was great. Disappointed that the chocolate chip cookies were no more on way back from Boston to Milwaukee (Flight still operated by Midwest) Would like to fly Frontier more often.
