First time on United in quite some time. Rode Economy Plus for the first time. Enjoyable and comfortable. Good service, especially on ExPlus flights.

No problems or snags. We even arrived a little bit early. The flight attendant skipped over me for beverage service, but then made up for it by giving me extra preztels!

Sgt.Prince,Tyler mistakenly booked the wrong month return to base after visiting home and serving a 1 yr deployment in Afghanistan. No one would give him the time of day or even try to help correct the problem. Finally after hrs of franticly running around the airport trying to find a cheaper flight, a woman from American Airlines stepped in a helped him. If all personal behind the counter were as kind and caring as she was America would be a better place and it would have avoided a huge headache. So this is what we do for our service men who put their life on the line everyday so we can live our selfish lives in peace?... So sad! A Special THANK YOU to the woman who helped my son...may God bless you!

I did online check in. TSA and GRR airport was very good. Small delay at GRR but connecting flight from CVG to ATL was delayed, overbooked, the gate and flight attendants were excellant but due to air traffic in ATL we were delayed on tarmac in CVG and there were some issues with air conditioning until we got up in the air. Had to book flight just 8 days prior so got last row of seats and in the middle without air or window but had good seatmates just hot and close glad it was a short flight

The so-call "Friendly Skies" is not so friendly anymore. Although i flew coach(economy),i considered it to be "COACH,COACH"(double dose) it was sooooo loud(window next to the engine), the ride was rough, the crew, well....very dry attitude.This was my first well deserved,vacation,ever, and the dog did me wrong.Maybe one day when pigs fly, i will be able to ride 1st class. Hopefully it will be a little bit friendlier.

The flight out was delayed approx. 45 minutes. Weather was good in GR, evidently flights coming up from the south were delayed that day. The return flight was delayed twice, first for what they said was a lighting problem, then a problem with the fuel gauges. The 8:35 PM departure was pushed back to 9:45, then to 11:00 PM. Finally at just before 11:00 PM, they announced the flight was cancelled. Also heard quite a few other gate announcements regarding delayed flights.
