On the way from Gainesville to Chicago flight was OK.

1) On the way back from Chicago to Atlanta they put us an earlier flight without our request and rushed us unnecessarily. We had to sit at the very end of the plane with no windows.

2) From Atlanta to Gainesville, Fl, after the 15th minute of the departure and a smooth flight we heard an announcement and due to technical difficulties we had to had back to Atlanta airport. We spent another 15 min on the air with fear just to return back to Atlanta.

3) We were charged for carry on bags on both ways!

I really would like to get compensation for all the difficulty we had to go through and it was supposed to be a very pleasant trip to celebrate our 15th year wedding anniversary and we were visiting Chicago, where we first met, 15 years later for the first time...
