We were in Florida on vacation. Had to make a change in flight due to death in family. Had to pay more for trip home than what round trip cost. Thought airlines would make adjustments for emergency situations. Besides that we had to pay $15.00 a ticket for our seat. These airlines are ripping off the public with all their charges. The service counter lady however, was awesome with helping us. Just more upset by the charge we had to pay for a one way trip home!!!

Sun Country is on the top of my list. The flight was on time, we were comfortable, the entire crew was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

Sun Country has provided the only competition for non stop flights between RSW and MSP which helps in non-holiday fares. However, advance booking for holiday flights is expensive and often more than the major airlines as the date approaches the departure date. The cancellation charges are onerous so you suffer the premium rate! Outside the holidays, Sun Country offers the best value with excellent service! The need to pay for seats, because the free choice is usually limited to two separate middle row ones,is an irritant but not a "deal breaker".

Great staff, no baggage fees, enjoyable and funny flight attendents, landing early, and variety of in-flight snacks....and boarding was a breeze! Does it get any better flying these days????

Loved the ease of boarding and picking my own seat..picking your neighbor is a better choice. Two free bags is the deal breaker. Awesome. Southwest still gives pretzels, chips, and crackers. I would definitely pick Southwest over most airlines. Jet Blue is still my most favorite. Southwest is my second.

From before we boarded...we were told there were delays....due to cleaning of plane prior to boarding, then delays leaving gate, delays leaving apron, delays leaving ground, delays to final touchdown, delays to gate and deplaning. All information came from the "flight deck"...telling us "folks" that we'll get you to your connecting flight no problem. Get to gate after being held for 10 minutes waiting for a gate, rush to connecting flight (Delta again), the plane is still there but told by A** behind desk that plane is gone...eventhough it can be seen and we've been delayed....He won't look me or the other stranded fliers in the eye. Stranded overnight in airport....thanks! No renumeration offered!
