We hade economy seats on depature. When I went on line to print my boarding passes.
An ad came up and said I could get premium class for the trip for $79.00 each for 2 passengers.
So I paid $158.00.
But on our return flight they said I was only charged for one flight, not the trip as they said.
I have been offered by this airline as I got my boarding passes to upgrade to premium for $40.00
each, And I thought this was what I was being offered. BUT NO!!!

Loudspeaker could not understand. A few short delays but not a problem. The trip went smoothly inspite of the news medium negative comments. They could have a better system of loading the plane. Suggestion load 1st class and those needing extra time. Then load from the back to front or one side at a time or window and center seats first then aisle seats.

I was seated on the side with three seats and I was on the aisle. A woman was seated at the window and just before takeoff a very large man took his seat between us. He immediately fell asleep and took not only his seat space but mine as well. This was an evening flight and I had hoped to read a bit however the light overhead wasn't working. On top of that in front of our row were three women who had a bit to much to drink and were obnoxious. They reclined their seats as far as possible which left me even less room in an already bad situation. I couldn't wait to get off that plane. People should think about how their actions effect others around them!!!
