Lower fares may be available ...morefor Spirit's $9 fare club members. This fare only includes one small "personal item" carry-on that does not exceed 16x14x12 inches. Larger carry-on or checked baggage require an additional charge. To get this fare, you must also accept a Spirit assigned seat at check-in and print your boarding pass at home or at an airport kiosk. Choosing a specific seat or using a human airport agent requires additional charges. This fare includes Spirit.com's passenger usage fee and "unintended consequences of D.O.T. regulations fee." These fees range between $18-$38 and can be avoided by booking at an airport counter.
All mandatory taxes/fees are included in the price. Tax-inclusive fare may be a few dollars higher or lower depending on the airport you connect through, if any. Baggage fees, if applicable, and other optional fees are not included.

I appreciate an airlines that gets you to your destination on time or even early!!! Also, the active military free baggage is welcome reward for servicemen and their families!

My wife and I were fortunate enough to get upgraded to first class the last time we flew. We had isle seats in the exit row, but I forgot I asked to updgraded when we took the inital flight. The young man at the check-in counter was pleasant and efficient.....the lines through the security screening were not overwhelming and the TSA employees were pleasant. THe flight attendants asked us several times wheter we needed anything. We bright a portable dvd player on board the flight and it made the time go by incrediably fast. Given some of our previous flight experiences, this one was a true pleasure. Oh and our daughter was at the gate waiting to pick us up when our flight arrived.

All flights on time. All services as they should be. All personnel acted as expected. Baggage seems to be a real concern for the airlines. Oh yeah, they created this problem.

Felt like I had gone back 20 years when airline employees were courteous and customer friendly. From assistance with check-in to flight attendants being attentive, flight was excellent. Departed on time, landed a few minutes before scheduled. Didn't get any peanuts but I will forego them anytime for friendly service. Thanks US Airways!!
