As if it weren't bad enough we had a 3+ hour layover in Miami on Valentine's Day but the plane was delayed. We were not informed of the reasoning and it was not made official until the actual departure time was missed. Once on the plane we waited over a half hour for the Push Off Crew to return. According to our pilot, they had dissapeared. I felt very uninformed and was not compensated for the inconvenience in any way.

On time, plane interior appeared clean. Jammed in like sardines, the price you pay (or dont pay) for a budgetbudget airline. Very very little room between rows; the tray table would not drop all the way down because of limited space. But Spirit employees were very helpful, all smiles, made everyone feel welcome.

I didn't pay for my bags when I booked our tickets because we didn't know how many we were going to take. When I tried to go online to pay for the bags we were taking there wasn't anywhere to do that. When we called the day of our flight to pay, we were told it was to late. It was $10 more per bag for not paying when I booked the tickets. Wish it would have been possible to go back on line to pay ahead.
