The flight was 25 minutes late in arriving at Fort Myers to pick us up but we were met with many friendly announcements that even identified the refund policy if the placewas an hour late. The two seats instead of three made for a comfortable flight and there was plently of space. The inflight drinks and snacks were more generous than most flights and the direct tv worked and was entertaining. I liked how that the entertainment began as soon as I sat down.

They were on time and very efficient during the check in and boarding process. Curbside check was good and the pilot came out and introduced himself and gave us a little background on himself. It was a nice touch.

Our flight from rsw was delayed due to mechancial problems. we mised our connecting flight and had to be rescheduled. We purchased preferred seating accomations but because of missing our connecting flight they could not be honored. We were seated in the second last row of the airplane.

I had never flown Southwest before and I was quite pleased! Luckily I had paid extra to board earlier, because the flights were both very crowded and I'm not sure I would have liked to wait to board... especially if I had not been traveling solo. There's little chance you would have sat together! I will definitely fly Southwest again! Both flights were on time and the attendants were wonderful!

The flight on US Airways from Fort Meyers,FL to Charlotte, NC was horrible. Being in seat 6E, I was one of the last to be board the plane. When I boarded with my ONE bag of carry on luggage I had to put my bag in the overhead compartment for row 12. Not only that, but now I had to try to backtrack to my seat in 6E. There was no where to get out of the way of the people who were still boarding the plane and I then had to put up with the sarcasim of the male Flight Attendent telling me to step out of the way of the people that were still boarding. And the same exact senario happened with the flight from Charlotte to Buffalo minus the wise mouth Flight Attendent. When are the airlines going to start enforcing that you're to have only ONE carry on bag and one that can be placed under the seat? I watched passengers carry on several bags and place them in the overhead compartment and not a word from the airline employees whether at the check-in desk or the attendent on the plane that are helping these people store these bags in the overhead compartments. I'm tired of complying with the rules, paying fares that seem to rise every time you turn around and still being treated like an idiot while being served a soda and a package of peanuts. Passengers pay increased fares and seem to be getting less and less for their money!!

Love the room for your legs, do not feel packed into small seats. Flight attendants served you with a smile, the captain even made numerous announcements for all to hear which made you feel included in what was going on. If you want more snacks or drinks (sodas) just ask and you get them with a smile. Tried another airline and found that I would rather pay more to fly on Jetblue for the comfort and service you receive its worth that extra $50. or so.

On first leg we were given no snacks or drinks supposedly due to turbulence - none that I noticed, in fact it had no bumps and was a very smooth ride. Then a 4 hour layover is way too long for anyone, it was suppose to save me money but would never do it again. Flight attendants were not very cheerful or happy and it made me feel like I was putting them out when I asked for another glass of soda. Most airlines give you a can, not Southwest a small glass with lots of ice, and snacks were limited to a bag of peanuts thrown on your table and a small bag of a mix, lol, on Jetblue you get as much as you want, your served with a smile not a frown, back top Jetblue for me
