Choosing a specific seat or using a human airport agent requires additional charges. This fare includes Spirit.com's passenger usage fee and "unintended consequences of D.O.T. regulations fee." On time and good onboard service. Peanuts and Doritos aren't great breakfast food, but at least there was something offered

Hey,i dropped my long time allegiance to Jet BLue based on price,I wont lie.Gave up the leather seats & directv for a better price in light of astronomical airfares thanks to price of jet fuel.
Everything was fine on the way down if you dont count the cramped seating on the first leg from boston.But upon seating on my flight out of ft myers,i was shocked & then peeved to see a huge bag of half eaten twizzlers and half a dozen dirty napkins stuffed inside the magazine folder on back of the seat.Kudos to the flight attendant who saw my aggravation & quickly responded to clean up the mess.Then on the next leg the passenger next to me
had to remove 3 empty vodka nips from his seat.What gives,Air Tran?I know the passengers should police themselves but do you pay people to clean planes or not?I know everyone wants to stay on time but we dont want to fly in dumpsters either

Unable to check bag without going into terminal and standing in line where the Air Tran desk was understaffed, unlike other airlines, made checking in an onerous experience. Otherwise, the flight was fine.

I consistently receive great service from JetBlue. My most recent flight was no different. Check-in online is easy. I didn't have bags to check this time. Flight attendants very polite and attentive. Pilot kept us informed of possible turbulence which was a non-issue but nice to be aware. He took time to tell us about an opportunity to see NYC and the Statue of Liberty. Haven't had a pilot do that in a long time. It was nice!

You receive nothing that isn't paid for . The seating is rediculous.I did not have enough room to even open my laptop or even extend my legs.I an only 5'8" tall.

This was a good trip except for a delay in leaving Boston when the plane was shut down (engines turned off) with no explanation. The plane just sat there on the tarmac for about 8 minutes and then they turned the engines on and resumed the flight. An explanation would have been helpful and, frankly, should have been given! Other than that this was uneventful and gave us on-time arrivals.

I missed my flight by 10 minutes and it took me over 14 hrs to get home. The seats are ridiculous so close together. It was a horrible day.

We liked the fact that the connecting flight was in the same concourse and only a few gates apart. All legs were on time and the airline really pushed to get people seated and off on schedule. Don't like the new baggage rules where everyone is carrying too large bags on board and trying to store them in overheads. It really slows the loading and off loading process.
