    Great appearance (aircraft), great service and very comfortable seats. I can't rave enough about the personal TV feature. One can easily relax and enjoy some entertainment.

    Very generous with the snacks and plenty of overhead space.

    I wish they flew to Atlanta since I need to travel there often. Two years ago Jetblue had a direct flight from PBI to IAD and I truly miss that. It is much more pleasant flying out of PBI.
