The staff was wonderful! The check in kiosks were down in St. Louis, so my returning check in process was lengthy and very inconvenient. I was in the very last row, so comfort is usually lacking there. Overall, I would definitely fly Air Tran again. With good service, those unfortunates can be overlooked :)

Only complaint I have is that I had mo idea we were stopping at Baltimore on the flight up to St Louis until the gate agent announced the flight ready to board for Baltimore. Fighting the mild panic attack, I asked what happened to the St Louis flight? She then explained it went from Ft Luaderdale to Baltimore, then St Louis, then on to Texas...busy day!!
It may be that I just never noticed when I booked the flight, not that big a deal for us as we were on a pleasure trip, but worth noting for anyone on business trip.
Other than that little snafu, no grumbles from me.
