    The zipper pulls were pulled off of my suitcase on arrival at Providence. I was told that zipper pulls aren't insured. The lock evidently got caught in something in the baggage compartment and got stuck. When it was being unloaded no care was taken to see what happened to it. The suitcase was new and I have to find someone repair it, at my expence.
