I was seated in a middle seat between husband on aisle and oversized gentleman(350 to 400 lbs) at window. The man of size could not buckle extended seatbelt. He refused to lower the armrest, my tray table was obstructed by his girth and could not be fully lowered. On a Delta 5.75hour flight, 1/3 of my seat was taken by the window seat passenger. The "man of size" and the flight attendants rudely ignored me and my repeated attempts to request a change of seats. Near the end of the flight, my husband was able to talk to the flight attendant and we were told that we needed to request a move before they were able to make any note of a "person of size". Which would have been easier, if they had not refused to acknowledge me or my situation.
