My seat (middle) was so hard that I felt I was sitting on a box-the cushion was thin or worn out. Less leg room between seats and delayed to boot!

The crew was overwhelmed, but pleasant. Flight was smooth. Because flight was so crowded airline offered to check bags for free. Why don't they just do that to begin with?

I had a non stop flight to Newark from Ft Lauderdale and the flight was smooth, there was entertainment and food on the flight for a small fee, and the flight went faster than expected. I love Continental!

Made a res. 1 1/2 mo. ahead for 3. At time of flgt. we had scattered seats. Corrected by res. agent. She gave us better seats. The tiniest turkey sandwich was served, not to good, along with carrots and candy. Really don't need food. Flgt. attendants were friendly and accommodating.
