“Southwest works and it works fine”
Flight from Ft. Lauderdale to Nashville
- Round Trip
- Number of Stops:
- No stops
- Date of Flight:
- September 2010
- Seat Class:
Our outbound flight departed on time and due to weather it was bumpy for a good portion requiring the flight attendants to remain seated. However, they really hustled and got their beverage and snack service done in plenty of time before they had to take their seats again. We had good seats on the right hand side in row 4 and 5 thanks to buying the Early Bird for two of us (4 of us traveling). Shortly before landing in Nashville we got to see the beautiful harvest moon rising on our right and the sun setting on our left which was kind of rare. Our checked bags arrived within five minutes of us arriving at the bag claim area.
Our return flight was a few minutes late due to the late arrival at BNA. Again we got good seats on the right side, rows 4 and 5 again, thanks to buying the Early Bird for 2 of the 4 of us. The flight attendants were humorous and provided the usual nice beverage and snack service. We arrived on time and the bags were delivered within 15 minutes of us arriving at the bag claim area. If Southwest can deliver bags this fast why does it take American 45 minutes to an hour at MIA? Inquiring minds want to know? I'll fly Southwest out of FLL and PBi any day over flying any other airline out of MIA.
