    Longtime JetBlue customers, each with TrueBlue accounts.

    Flight was longer than predicted. A combination of delayed takeoff (over 25 minutes from the time we first started to pull away from the jetway, but no explanation for delay was given by cockpit or cabin staff) slower than normal speeds due to strong headwinds (blowing west to east.)

    Above-mentioned issues are understandable, but except for flight attendant, Hannah (who was wonderfully outstanding) all other cabin staff were, at best, resentful and cold aides, and one was so incredibly rude, even as we were boarding in FLL, we feel she should be either sent to counseling (for anger/resentful personality) or SIMPLY FIRED! Slim, dark-haired woman.

    We all know emergencies happen, so why are airlines NEVER prepared for them? An emergency on their incoming flight took our cabin crew out of commission. We had to wait for JetBlue to find a back-up crew, then wait for them to board and "acclimate" to the new plane, then board ourselves and be treated like it was our fault that they were working. We pay too much to be purposely treated like an inconvenience in their lives.

    I have flown many times to california, making one stop.After flying JetBlue non stop to Long beach Calif. this is the only way to go.

    Plus the fare was just right and free first bag

    Can't beat that.
