No problems at all. Actually got to the check in 29 minutes prior to the departure time, and the kiosk tried to get me to change to a later flight. The counter personnel were very helpful and got me on the flight (and I wasn't even close to the last person on the plane). Kudos to AA!

This was the only flight I could find that was Non-Stop. It was your average flight, nothing bad, nothing really outstanding.

Couldn't use self check-in for some reason. Plane was 15mins late. Both Bad! Had exit row and empty seat next to me. Both GOOD,

Online experience is great; in-flight coach service is meager. Both flights were on time. Seats seem to get tighter every time I fly. Cell phone notification is excellent.

Not told about delay until arrival at airport. Checked before leaving home but delay not posted.
Reason for delay - lame - plane arrived too late the evening before and crew needed X number of hours before flying. Hog Wash. A three hour delay - unexceptable.
Reason for last flight - have miles and will use even if I'm cramped in like a tin of sardines.
